From North or West
London. Take M11, exit
(J9) on to A11
(signposted Newmarket
and Norwich); this joins
the A14 towards Ipswich;
exit on to the A143 at
Bury St Edmunds which
takes you to Diss.
From East London or Kent
take A12. Just south of
Ipswich exit onto A14
travelling west. Take
A140 exit towards
Norwich (north) Diss is
roughly 20 miles.
There is an hourly
service from London's
Liverpool Street with a
journey time of about 1½
hours. The Saracens Head
is within 10 minutes
walk of the station
heading towards the Town
centre next to the
Church.
